Spain has a long history of wine production. Styles vary from traditional barrel-ageing to modern fruity wines. Same as the Domaines, Bodegas. 

Spain has three broad climatic zones; North / North-West, moderate maritime.

East, from Catalunya in the north to Levante in the south, warm Mediterranean climate. The centre, the Meseta Central, a large plateau in the centre of Spain. This part is cut off from influences of the sea by  encircling mountains, hot continental climate.
